Would you like to check the payback period of your investment?
We have devised the SkyFol Energy program for this purpose. The application shows how much energy the window film will filter. With the help of the data provided by SkyFol Energy, the expected payback period of the investment can be calculated during a personal meeting.
The data has to be entered by orientation and angle. A given surface has to be of the same structure, looking towards the same direction in the same angle. One surface usually means one facade.

Select the glazing system
Please select the glazing system. The performance of the window film is greatly affected by the glazing system it is applied to, so this is a crucial question.

interiorseries

exteriorseries
SI/SSI
Interior silver reflective series with a heat protective and combined safety versions
DR/SDR
Interior dual reflective series - reflective towards the outside and neutral towards the inside In lighter shades, neutral in both directions.
P
Spectrally selective interior films with slight reflectivity, and with a neutral, amber-like colour in its lighter versions
SB
Interior reflective series with copper metallization and a bronze appearance
XT S
Exterior reflective silver series with the strongest heat protective function, for advanced glazing systems
XT DR
Dual Reflective series, which reflects towards the outside but which has a less reflective, neutral metallization towards the inside. Lighter shades are neutral.
XT CV
An almost completely invisible, spectrally selective heat protection film series
XT16SPC
Silver reflective exterior film series designed for polycarbonate, with air permeable adhesive
XT16SPC
Silver reflective exterior film series designed for polycarbonate, with air permeable adhesive

Energy filtering with film:
The SkyFol Energy application works with real irradiated energy data measured by meteorological stations. The performance of window films on different glazings has been defined using the Windows 6.3 software. SkyFol Energy ignores a number of factors, e.g. the presence of exterior shading devices or deviations caused by the wind. After a complex energy modelling and careful analysis, a correction index has been defined, which is applied in our formula because of the above factors. SkyFol is able to carry out a detailed energy modelling, depending on the volume of the project – please contact the SkyFol customer service so they can pass on your request to our colleagues responsible for major clients.
